In this 2-day Workshop, we will help you to:

  • Anyone starting a business or running an early stage business (up to 6 months).

Finding Customers/Marketing/Sales

  • Understanding your market and market research 
  • USP – clarifying the offer, positioning and price
  • The internet and sales including e- commerce

 Running a Successful business

  • Making sure you have the right skills in your business
  • Time management and developing your own skills
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Business Plan format and purpose 
At the end of this Workshop, you will have the information, knowledge and confidence to write your business plan.
