Vijay Amin

Vijay has considerable experience in working with individuals from diverse communities and has the ability to find practical solutions to business problems and challenges. Marlene Blanco
Marlene has over 15 years of management experience across several
countries. She has developed and implemented a variety of projects
ranging from social and educational plans for ethnic minorities,
through to the development of practices encouraging European
organisations to improve its diversity management. She is also a
specialist in the design, implementation, management and evaluation of
European Funded Initiatives, including European Social Fund (ESF) and
European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
Dr. Brian Dear
Brian is an experienced researcher who is an acknowledged expert in
developing techniques to access businesses, communities and 'hard to
reach' groups. He is also a Small Firms Enterprise Development
Initiative (SFEDI)-accredited business support professional with
expertise in start up enterprises, all aspects of business research and
labour management processes and strategies. His specialisms include,
traditional marketing copy, web content, project evaluations, customer
surveys, consultations, public sector bid development and preparation,
and consortium and partnership development.
Steven McIntosh
Steven is a town planner with extensive knowledge of property
development and physical regeneration. He has considerable experience
of property asset management, as well as the identification, financial
appraisal and development of land for new social housing and business
projects. As well as a proven project manager, he is an ideas person
who has been responsible for the development of a wide range of
regeneration and community-based projects for public sector clients.
Carol Sam
Carol is an economic development professional with over 15 years experience of project management, business development and regeneration. She has extensive knowledge of programme and project management with both the private and public sectors. She is also highly experienced in partnership development, where she has developed and led private, public and international partnerships across a range of sectors and business themes. Other key areas of expertise include research, evaluation, audits, developing regeneration projects, and financial management.
Gerry Smith
Gerry has over 20 years senior management experience in education,
economic development and regeneration. He has also worked in the
private sector for over ten years. As a project manager he has led on a
wide range on projects from small community based initiatives to
International multi-million euro projects. Gerry has been a member of a
wide range of regional bodies and a consultant in a number of
countries. Over the past few years he has developed an international
reputation in developing programmes to support the creative industries.
Laurence Sofowora
Laurence is a Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative (SFEDI) accredited business, marketing and training consultant with over 8 years industry knowledge and practical experience working with individuals, and private and public sector organisations. He has successfully managed business outreach projects, and business start-up and micro business development programmes for government agencies including Business Link London, New Deal for Communities organisations, Learning and Skills Councils, and the European Union. His key specialisms include sales and marketing strategies, Access2Finance, workshop facilitation, and business training programme design and implementation.
Terry Wilson
Terry is a procurement specialist with 25 years experience successfully advising companies across industry sectors on expanding their customer base into the public sector. He also advises commercial organisations, identifying potential tendering opportunities and helping them develop the necessary internal structures and documentation to ensure compliance with tendering and procurement requirements.
He has developed and delivered numerous workshops and seminars focused on all aspects of tendering and procurement and the development of best practice in management and procurement.
