In 2005, with experience of the catering business behind them, Mauro Borella and Lou Paludetto took over Food For Thought – which had been in existence for more than 20 years. Today, it is open six days a week and offers sandwiches, all day breakfasts, salad boxes, hot food, drinks, sweets and more, and caters for customers who want to eat in or take away.
